This Privacy Policy explains how Dharta Soft (다르타 소프트) ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you use onmywall, including our iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android apps and this website (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address, a unique account ID and, if provided, your name. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email", we receive a relay address instead.
Your content
Projects, tasks, boards, sticker placements, settings, and images you upload to create custom stickers.
Purchase information
Your subscription status, plan, renewal and expiry dates, and the store that processed the purchase. Subscriptions are bought in the app and paid through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your card or other payment details.
Support messages
If you contact us from the app or by email, the message, your email address and any details you include.
Technical information
Device type, operating system, app version, and basic logs needed to keep the Service working and secure.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service and sync your content across your devices
- To verify and manage your Pro subscription
- To respond to support requests
- To keep the Service secure and fix problems
- To send important notices about your account or these policies
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content for advertising.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service:

Apple and Google process payments under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
4. International transfers
Our service providers may store and process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
5. Retention
We keep your account and content while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your content within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records (such as purchase records) to meet legal or tax obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account in the app settings, or contact us at dharta.soft@gmail.com to make any request. We will respond within the time required by law.
If you are in the EU/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their information, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.

다르타 소프트(Dharta Soft, 이하 "저희")는 onmywall 앱(iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android)과 이 웹사이트(이하 "서비스")를 운영하면서 어떤 개인정보를 받고, 어디에 쓰고, 누구와 나누는지 이 문서에서 알려 드립니다.
1. 받는 정보
계정 정보
Google이나 Apple로 로그인하면 이메일 주소, 고유한 계정 ID, 그리고 제공된 경우 이름을 받습니다. Apple의 "나의 이메일 가리기"를 쓰시면 실제 주소 대신 중계용 주소를 받습니다.
내 콘텐츠
프로젝트, 할 일, 보드, 스티커 배치, 설정, 그리고 나만의 스티커를 만들려고 올린 이미지입니다.
구매 정보
구독 여부, 요금제, 갱신·만료일, 결제한 스토어입니다. 구독은 앱 안에서 Apple(App Store)이나 Google(Google Play)로 결제하며, 카드 번호 같은 결제 정보는 저희가 받지도 보관하지도 않습니다.
문의 내용
앱이나 이메일로 문의하시면 문의 내용, 이메일 주소, 그리고 직접 적어 주신 내용을 받습니다.
기기·이용 정보
기기 종류, 운영체제, 앱 버전, 그리고 서비스를 안정적이고 안전하게 운영하는 데 필요한 기본 기록입니다.
2. 정보를 쓰는 곳
- 서비스를 제공하고, 여러 기기에 내 콘텐츠를 동기화하기 위해
- Pro 구독을 확인하고 관리하기 위해
- 문의에 답하기 위해
- 서비스를 안전하게 지키고 문제를 고치기 위해
- 계정이나 정책에 관한 중요한 소식을 알려 드리기 위해
개인정보를 팔지 않으며, 내 콘텐츠를 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.
3. 정보를 함께 처리하는 곳
서비스 운영을 돕는 아래 업체와만 필요한 정보를 나눕니다.

결제 정보는 Apple과 Google이 각자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리합니다. 이 밖에 법에 따라 요구받거나 이용자의 권리와 안전을 지켜야 할 때 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.
4. 해외 이전
위 업체들은 미국 등 이용자가 사는 나라 밖에서 정보를 보관하고 처리할 수 있습니다. 필요한 경우 적절한 보호 조치를 갖춘 방식으로 이전합니다.
5. 보관 기간
계정이 있는 동안 계정 정보와 콘텐츠를 보관합니다. 계정을 지우면 30일 안에 콘텐츠를 삭제합니다. 다만 법이나 세무상 의무 때문에 남겨야 하는 기록(구매 기록 등)은 정해진 기간 동안 보관합니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
사는 곳에 따라 내 개인정보를 열람하고, 고치고, 지우고, 내려받거나, 처리를 멈추거나 제한해 달라고 요구할 수 있습니다. 계정은 앱 설정에서 직접 지울 수 있고, 그 밖의 요청은 dharta.soft@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 법이 정한 기간 안에 답해 드립니다.
EU·영국에 사신다면 해당 지역 개인정보 감독기관에 민원을 낼 수 있습니다. 캘리포니아 주민은 자신의 정보를 알고, 지우고, 고칠 권리가 있으며, 저희는 맞춤형 광고를 위해 개인정보를 팔거나 공유하지 않습니다.
7. 아동
서비스는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 받지 않습니다. 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 것 같다면 알려 주세요. 바로 지우겠습니다.
8. 보안
전송 구간 암호화와 접근 통제로 정보를 보호합니다. 어떤 전송·보관 방식도 완벽하게 안전할 수는 없지만, 데이터를 지키기 위해 계속 노력합니다.
9. 변경
이 방침은 바뀔 수 있습니다. 중요한 내용이 바뀌면 시행 전에 앱이나 이메일로 알려 드립니다.
