Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of onmywall, including the iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android apps and this website (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Dharta Soft (다르타 소프트), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea (business registration no. 696-12-03058, address: 2nd floor-Left room, 766 Yagam-ro, Daegot-myeon, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea) ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

onmywall is a task planning app that lets you organize projects as card decks, place tasks on daily corkboards, and decorate boards with stickers and themes. Some features are free. Others require a paid Pro subscription.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google, Apple, or another method we offer. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
Please provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure.

3. Pro subscription

What Pro includes. Pro unlocks premium sticker collections, custom stickers made from your own images, board themes, and sync across all devices signed in to the same account. The current features and prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.

Where you buy Pro. Pro is sold only as an in-app subscription: through Apple's App Store on iPhone, iPad and Mac, and through Google Play on Android. Apple or Google processes your payment, and their terms of sale apply to the purchase. A Pro subscription applies to your onmywall account on every platform where you sign in with the same account.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged to your Apple ID or Google account.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. After cancellation, Pro remains active until the end of the current paid period.

Price changes. If the price changes, Apple or Google will tell you in advance according to their own procedures. You can cancel before the new price applies if you do not agree.

Refunds. Because Apple and Google process all purchases, refunds follow each store's policy, and we cannot issue refunds ourselves. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page or follow Google Play's refund process. If you have trouble, contact us and we will help where we can.

Apple's terms. If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

4. Your content

"Your content" means the tasks, projects, boards, notes and images (including images you upload to make custom stickers) that you create or upload.
You own your content. You give us a limited license to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you, including syncing it across your devices.
Only upload images you own or have the right to use. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or is sexually explicit, hateful or violent.
We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

5. Our content

The app design, artwork, sticker collections, themes and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use stickers and themes inside the Service for your personal use. You may not extract, copy, resell or redistribute them outside the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the Service or its security;
use the Service to break any law or to harm others;
share, resell or transfer access to your account or Pro subscription.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. If we end the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or always available. Please keep your own copies of anything important.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.

onmywall을 써 주셔서 고맙습니다. 이 약관은 다르타 소프트가 만드는 onmywall 앱(iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android)과 이 웹사이트(이하 "서비스")를 이용할 때 지켜야 할 내용을 담고 있습니다.

다르타 소프트(Dharta Soft)는 대한민국에 등록된 개인사업자입니다. 사업자등록번호는 696-12-03058이고, 주소는 경기도 김포시 대곶면 약암로 766, 2층 좌측 호실입니다. 이 약관에서 "저희"는 다르타 소프트를 말합니다.

계정을 만들거나 서비스를 이용하시면 이 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으신다면 서비스를 이용하지 말아 주세요.

1. 어떤 서비스인가요

onmywall은 프로젝트를 카드 묶음으로 정리하고, 할 일 카드를 날짜별 코르크보드에 붙이고, 스티커와 테마로 보드를 꾸미는 할 일 관리 앱입니다. 기본 기능은 무료이고, 일부 기능은 유료 Pro 구독으로 이용할 수 있습니다.

2. 계정

Google, Apple 등 저희가 제공하는 방법으로 로그인합니다. 내 계정에서 일어나는 일은 계정 주인이 책임집니다.
만 13세 이상이어야 이용할 수 있습니다. 사는 나라에서 정한 최소 나이가 이보다 높다면 그 나이를 따릅니다.
정확한 정보를 쓰시고, 로그인 수단은 안전하게 관리해 주세요.

3. Pro 구독

Pro로 쓸 수 있는 것. 프리미엄 스티커 모음, 내 사진으로 만드는 나만의 스티커, 보드 테마, 같은 계정으로 로그인한 모든 기기 사이의 동기화입니다. 지금 제공하는 기능과 가격은 구독하기 전에 앱에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

구독하는 곳. Pro는 앱 안에서만 구독할 수 있습니다. iPhone, iPad, Mac에서는 Apple App Store로, Android에서는 Google Play로 결제합니다. 결제는 Apple이나 Google이 처리하며, 결제에는 각 스토어의 판매 약관이 적용됩니다. 한 번 구독하면 같은 계정으로 로그인한 모든 기기에서 Pro를 쓸 수 있습니다.

자동 갱신. 구독은 이용 기간(1개월 또는 1년)이 끝날 때마다 그 시점의 가격으로 자동 갱신됩니다. 갱신을 원하지 않으시면 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지해 주세요. 갱신 요금은 Apple ID나 Google 계정으로 청구됩니다.

해지. 언제든 App Store나 Google Play 계정 설정에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 앱을 지우는 것만으로는 구독이 해지되지 않습니다. 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지는 Pro를 계속 쓸 수 있습니다.

가격 변경. 가격이 바뀌면 Apple이나 Google이 각자의 절차에 따라 미리 알려 드립니다. 새 가격에 동의하지 않으시면 적용되기 전에 해지하시면 됩니다.

환불. 모든 결제를 Apple과 Google이 처리하기 때문에 환불도 각 스토어의 정책을 따르며, 저희가 직접 환불해 드릴 수는 없습니다. Apple에서 구매하셨다면 문제 신고 페이지에서, Google Play에서 구매하셨다면 Google Play 환불 안내에 따라 요청해 주세요. 진행이 어려우면 저희에게 연락 주세요. 도울 수 있는 만큼 돕겠습니다.

Apple 약관. App Store에서 앱을 받으셨다면 Apple의 표준 사용권 계약(EULA)도 함께 적용됩니다.

4. 내가 만든 콘텐츠

"내 콘텐츠"란 직접 만들거나 올린 할 일, 프로젝트, 보드, 메모, 이미지(나만의 스티커를 만들려고 올린 사진 포함)를 말합니다.
내 콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 저희는 서비스를 제공하는 데 필요한 만큼만, 예를 들어 여러 기기에 동기화하기 위해서만 내 콘텐츠를 저장하고 처리하고 보여 줍니다.
직접 찍었거나 쓸 권리가 있는 이미지만 올려 주세요. 불법이거나, 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하거나, 음란·혐오·폭력적인 내용은 올리면 안 됩니다.
이 약관을 어긴 콘텐츠는 저희가 지울 수 있습니다.

서비스를 역설계하거나, 데이터를 긁어 가거나, 서비스와 보안을 방해하는 일
서비스로 법을 어기거나 다른 사람에게 피해를 주는 일
계정이나 Pro 구독을 다른 사람과 나눠 쓰거나, 팔거나, 넘기는 일

7. 이용 종료

언제든 서비스 이용을 그만두고 계정을 지울 수 있습니다. 이용자가 약관을 심각하게 또는 반복해서 어기면 저희가 이용을 멈추거나 끝낼 수 있습니다. 서비스를 아예 종료하게 되면 가능한 한 미리 알려 드립니다.

8. 보증하지 않는 것

서비스는 지금 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 안정적으로 운영하려고 애쓰지만, 오류가 전혀 없거나 언제나 이용할 수 있다고 보증하지는 않습니다. 중요한 내용은 따로 보관해 두세요.

9. 책임의 한도

법이 허용하는 범위에서, 서비스 이용으로 생긴 간접적·부수적 손해나 데이터 손실에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다. 저희가 지는 책임의 총액은 청구일 전 12개월 동안 서비스에 내신 금액을 넘지 않습니다. 다만 법으로 배제할 수 없는 소비자의 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.

10. 적용되는 법

이 약관에는 대한민국 법이 적용됩니다. 다만 거주하는 나라의 법이 보장하는 소비자 권리는 그대로 유지됩니다.

11. 약관 변경

약관은 바뀔 수 있습니다. 중요한 내용이 바뀌면 시행 전에 앱이나 이메일로 알려 드립니다.
